Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

Damaged Product – If your order arrives damaged or defective.

Return Process

Our team will verify the issue and arrange for a pickup.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will either:

Dispatch the correct item, or

Issue a full refund (as per your preference).

Important Notes

Returns are accepted only for wrong or damaged deliveries.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping: Orders are delivered within 8–10 working days.

All shipments include tracking details for your convenience.

Refund Policy
